1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all Services, Digital Products, and Goods offered by courseforge.

2. Services

We provide modular lessons and assessments delivered via scheduled sessions or guided instruction ("Services").

2.1 Enrollment and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access details and scheduling information. You must follow instructions to join sessions on time.

2.2 Transfer of Service

Requests to transfer enrollment to another session or to a different participant must be submitted via our contact form at least 7 days before the session date. Transfers are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium coaching sessions and custom workshops require advance resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable. These offerings will be clearly marked as non-refundable prior to purchase. By enrolling in such sessions, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Digital Products

Our Digital Products include on-demand courses, assessments, and downloadable materials delivered through our platform.

3.1 Access Period

Access duration is specified at the time of purchase. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared.

3.2 Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of activation if you have not completed more than 20% of the Digital Product. To qualify, submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will result in access removal.

4. Physical Merchandise

We may offer branded study materials and merchandise ("Goods").

4.1 Shipping

Goods are shipped to the address provided during purchase. Delivery times vary by location.

4.2 Refund and swap

If Goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us via our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Approved swaps or refunds will be processed once we receive the item. We cover shipping costs for defects; otherwise, shipping fees may apply.

5. General Refund Guidelines

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If you opt to transfer your fee to another session, the credit will be applied within 5 business days of confirmation.

Non-refundable Services remain ineligible for fee reversal or credit due to dedicated staffing and scheduling commitments. All non-refundable offerings are clearly identified before purchase.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes indicate acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
